Prinsloo Pastures (Wian)

Wian Prisloo

Have you ever wanted to know more about where your food comes from? Have you ever thought of meeting the people who grow or raise it for you? Are you curious about healthy, unique or sustainably raised local food products?

My name is Wian Prinsloo, I am a young farmer and first generation Canadian immigrant. I have wanted to farm for as long as I can remember and am very grateful to all the people who have been buying my pasture raised chickens for the last 2 years. Farming is such a dynamic profession and I enjoy every day I spend working with nature to raise quality foods for local eaters who are looking for something healthy, raised locally in an environmentally responsible manner that does not compromise animal well-being and is not out of the average family’s budget.
